Ars has their review of Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard up. It’s a very comprehensive review, tackling everything from the UI polish to the big changes under-the-hood. The real gem, however, is the list of links at the end of the article, to reviews of every past version of OSX. Huge amount of history there. It’s fascinating to read through some of the oldest ones and see how things evolved.
